The Metropolitan Business Association is providing an opportunity to give that reaches beyond the holidays.
MBA Cares lets donors sponsor a Senior Care Package for $15. By early February, the packages will be delivered to a retirement home. They’ll contain essential toiletries and little luxuries like tea and perfume. Each package will also contain a card identifying the generosity of the donor.
Mikael Frank Audebert, MBA Technology Director, said the program is aimed to bridge “the gap between [the LGBT] community and the straight community.”
