Watermark asked RuPaul’s Drag Race finalist and fan favorite Alexis Mateo to dish on which contestants are hot (and which are flops) during Season 4 of the Logo competition.
Here’s Mateo’s take on Episode 1:
Watermark: After seeing the first episode, who is your pick to win Season 4″¦and what did she do to impress you so much?
Alexis: After watching the first the first episode Sharon Neddles is my pick to win season 4. They seem to like unique style of drag and she gives a completely new take on drag. Personally, I dont think [Neddles’ style is] drag, but if we compare the seasons… she just won the same challenge of Raja in season 3. (Raja was Season 3’s winner.)
We know who was in the bottom two and who went home, but who do you think really needs to step it up to compete this season? Why?
Lashawn Beyond needs to step up ’cause they already saw some insecurities with him. They now know he is weak and green in drag, which can be used against him.
Who was robbed last night? Was anyone judged incorrectly in your opinion? How so?
I think Phi Phi O’Hara’s costume was one of the best, but she didn’t get judged right in that category… It reminded me of my season, when I felt that I was one of the best on the first challenge as well.
