Punked at Valet Parking
Two hilarious valet stories from the holidays: Michael Wanzie dropped Parliament House manager Drew Sizemore off at the airport and then used his silver sedan to do some last-minute Christmas shopping at the Mall at Millenia. When valet parking delivered a car at closing time, Wanzie shoved his bags into the trunk and started to drive off… until the owner started pounding on the door and yelling, “Get out of my car!” A startled Wanzie professed his innocence, but the enraged woman would have none of it. “Do you have a baby?!” she screamed. “Didn’t the car seat in the back tip you off?!” He handed her the keys and she calmed down… until Wanzie realized she still had his gifts in her trunk and started chasing after her waving his hands. On New Years Eve, a valet at one of the biggest and busiest local bars delivered the wrong car to an oblivious female patron, who continued on to two more watering holes before noticing the error hours later. The car owners were incensed. I mean, when you’re ready to leave a party, you’re ready to leave.

This news short comes from the Naples Daily News in sleepy southwest Florida, and is best quoted verbatim: Sebastian C., 50, was arrested by Collier County Sheriff’s deputies at his home shortly before 9 p.m. on New Years Eve. Mr. C. and his live-in boyfriend of eight years began fighting about his boyfriend’s mother, according to reports. The men were both intoxicated and the argument began when Mr. C. hit his boyfriend in the arm, kicked him in the buttocks and slapped his face. According to deputies, “his boyfriend told him to get out of his life while making a gesture with his hand… palm up while blowing air across it.” Now that’s a police report to make you proud!
