Happy Thanksgiving from the Watermark staff!

Happy Thanksgiving from the Watermark staff!

Last year, Watermark staff told readers why we’re thankful. This year, we decided to focus on the food, and asked the staff, “What’s your favorite thing to see on Thanksgiving dinner table?”

Turkey, dressing and cranberry sauce. Technically that's three  things, I know, but mix them together and I'm one happy man!
— Steve Blanchard, editor

Stuffing. It's all about the stuffing.
— Ed Blaisdell, proofreader

I love everything but the stuffing (sorry Ed) but it’s not Thanksgiving without my mom’s weirdo broccoli cassarole. It’s the only time I eat it.

My Mother's home made stuffing.
— Mark Cady, Orlando Sales & Marketing director

Green Bean Casserole!  YUM!  And of course pumpkin pie.  I usually eat an entire pie by myself

My favorite Thanksgiving food is my mom’s dressing… dry and crusty and covered with delicious turkey gravy.
