Lopez recently contributed vocals to the single “Hands,” a star-studded track featuring Britney Spears, Mary J. Blige, Pink, Jason Derulo and more which also benefits victims of the Pulse shooting.
Miranda, who also wrote the song, spoke about Pulse in his acceptance speech at the Tony Awards the same day the shooting took place.
“We live through times when hate and fear seem stronger, we rise and fall and light from dying embers. Remembrances that hope and love lasts long and love is love is love is love is love is love is love is love is love cannot be killed or swept aside,” he said.
